Arteco Academy

We have revamped our Arteco Academy to bring training to all types of users.  Our academy trainings are part on demand webinars and part interactive.  Each training targets a different point in the purchase and installation of a full Arteco product solution.  We offer Sales, Technical and User training. 

 

Sales Training
In our sales training you will learn the basics of selling the ARTECO product solution including our PEER Selling Strategy, Product Line, Pricing, Vertical Market Strategy, and Competitive Landscape.

 

Our sales training has 2 parts:

• Sales 1 On Demand – 45 minute on demand video training
• Sales 2 Interactive Web-based – performed once a month by a leading Arteco Sales Personnel

 

Technical Training
In our technical training you will become proficient in all parts Arteco including: User Interface, Software Set-up, Live/Rec Video, IP Camera configuration, Basic Networking, ARTECO‐SERVER Small Business Version Proficiency, Advanced Interface, I/O configuration, PTZ Setup/Control, Area Analytics Tuning, Advanced Networking, Enterprise Server Features, Advanced Analytics Applications and tuning proficiency and Hardware Warranty Replacement Training.

Our technical training* has 3 parts:

• TECH 1 Getting up and Running – 45 minute on demand video training
• TECH 2 Advanced Product Knowledge – online interactive training performed monthly
• TECH 3 Complete In-depth Analysis – In person training performed monthly

              *at the completion of each Tech training, there will be a proficiency test required

 

User Training
Learn how to use the ARTECO‐LOGIC Next VMS client software from a purely functional standpoint. Training includes GUI overview, PTZ Control, Live Video Management, Recorded/Playback, Real‐time event management and much more.

Technical Training in Toronto Area

Attention Security Professionals in the Toronto Metro Area, please join us for a full day of Technical Training  at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre on April 2, 2013.   We will be presenting our training class "Learn the Basics of IP Technology with a Leading VMS" with our partner Hall Telecommunications.  The class runs from 8am-5pm and covers all of the basics on understanding/installing IP cameras in the security environment as well as an excellent introduction and overview to the ARTECO-LOGIC Next VMS platform.  You can read more details below!  See you there!
